You agree to provide us your real name and valid email address in connection with your registration for Film Club Membership. You agree to take no action that alters or impairs our technology or service or that harms or detracts from the community of users of our website, app or services. You agree that we have the right to take any action (including termination of the license to our website, app or the privilege of access to our digital subscription) against persons whose actions, in our sole opinion, detract from the service or the community of persons using the service.

PAYMENT POLICY

This page provides the terms of sale and purchase for the Film Club Membership offered by Humans Of Cinema Media ("Humans of Cinema" or "we" or "us").

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Humans Of Cinema reserves the right to modify the terms, content, type, and availability of any digital subscription at any time.

1.2. Processing and Payment

Humans Of Cinema will process your purchase as promptly as possible. There may be a delay in the activation of your membership while payment details are verified.

We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.

If your initial payment authorisation is later revoked, your membership will be terminated. Contact our Customer Care if you believe your access was terminated in error.

1.3. Pricing

When you pay for a film club membership, you agree to pay the price that is set for that particular membership. You also agree to the billing frequency stated at the time of your order.

Discount eligibility is determined at the time of the order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and United States Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Humans Of Cinema reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a Film Club Membership changes from what was stated originally. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your membership from that point forward.

Applicable taxes may vary. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.

1.4. Billing

1.4.1. Billing of Film Club Memberships

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your membership. Billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your order.

We will send you payment reminders via email and phone to renew your membership, and you authorise us to do the same.

If you are making a payment through PayPal there may be $1 charged to your card. This small charge is used by PayPal to verify you. This charge is refunded within 30 days and should reflect as a credit on your monthly statement. You will receive an email with the details about the services.

1.4.2. Currency

The currency in which you will be billed will be stated during the purchase process and is determined based on your billing address.

1.5. Unpaid Charges

If your credit card expires or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your membership will not automatically be terminated. You will remain responsible for all charges.

1.6. Promotions

We may occasionally offer promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. Each promotion may be different. Promotions cannot be combined.

MERCHANDISE

International members would have to bear the shipping cost for their merch, so the merch will be shipped only after their agreement about the same, which shall be seeked by us over an email.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

2.1. Cancellation and Refunds of Memberships

You can change or cancel your digital subscription at any time by emailing us at akriti@humansofcinema.com .

Monthly Membership

When you cancel a membership based on a monthly or 4-week cycle, you cancel only future charges associated with your membership. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations are effective from the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Annual Membership

Cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your membership will continue to the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund.

Changes to Content or Access
